Batch Print

In order to Pull information into the batch print file you need to run the report that is found in the report module page



  1.  In the report module page, go to the search bar and search "Batch print"
  2. Select batch print in the name field as shown above
  3. Fill out the correct parameters for the report you are trying to run. 
Once the report Has been run you should get the results at the bottom of page. (see below image)


  1. Now that you have the results from your report, select the "+" sign next to the the clients name to get the "Form type" drop down that is shown in step 2.
  2. In the "Form type" drop down select the forms you would like included in the batch print.
  3. Click the action drop down and select "Batch print client" to create the batch. You should get the message below.

Once Batch is added to Queue you will have to wait for it to process to see it in the batch print folder. This can take anywhere from 15-60 mins.
You will now have to transition to the "Daily extract page" in order to pull the batch and print it.

Now that you are on the "Daily Extract" page, Click on the folder that says "BatchPrint" and it will Lead you to the page you see below.


Once you download the file you will need to select the file in your computers download folder. In Chrome this can be done easily by going to the top right of your browser and selecting the button below.

Then you will select the file that you want (see below).

This will open a PDF file that you can print using your normal process for printing from your computer.
