Injections

Injection History 

1.     Injection History: This section will list all injection history on the active patient.

2.    Filter: The filter field will allow you to filter the results for: Past 1 Year, Past 6 Months, Most Recent. It will default to All.

3.    Search: This is a free-text field, allowing you to search for any text in the referral. Example: Searching back pain would pull the above result because it found the keyword in the                 Comments field.

4.    Change View / Print List: Click on Change View to adjust the view from a grid view to a card view. Print List will open a printable PDF of the Injection History.

5.    Action: From here you can edit or delete a record.

Injection Input

1.     Injection Input: This section will allow you to input a new injection for the active patient.

2.    Date Given / Next Due: Enter in the date the injection was given and when the next injection is due.

3.    Site: This drop-down will allow you to select the appropriate site the injection was given at.

4.    Provider/Attending: Enter in the information for the location and the staff that was attending the injection.

5.    Medication: Select the medication that was administered.

6.    Medication Information: These fields will allow you to enter in the medication injection information. The Strength, amount and the injection lot #.

7.     Comments: This free-text field will allow you to enter in any comments on the injection.

8.    Submit: Click submit will save the injection to the history table.
