  1. Filter Action: You can filter the table by: Active, Expired or by All
  2. Change view:  this will allow you to change the table view from the clinical team information to a grid view. 
  3. Search field: this allows you to type in keywords to search for a specific entry. 
  4. Action: You can edit records by simply click on the action dropdown. From here you can also delete a record. 

Clinical Team Input


  1. Team Role: This allows you to select from the drop-down menu the team role to be added.
  2. Staff member: this drop-down menu allows you to input the staff member assigns to the team role. 
  3. Start and End time: this allows the input of the start and end time for the clinical team input. 
  4. Submit/Reset: this allows you to submit or reset the table entry.
