Residential Admissions








Getting There:

The Admissions section allows a user to input new patients to the module for Residential services. 




Residential Admissions




  1. New:  To add a new patient to the Residential module, click on the button called New. This will open a smaller screen where the user will input more information about the patient being added. 



Admission Information



  1.  Search or New Patient: In this section you are able to add an existing patient to the module or you can add a New patient. When searching for an existing patient you can type in their name or ID and click search. This will prompt a search table to open that will allow you to choose the correct patient: 
  2. Admit Date: After selecting a patient this section allows you to choose the date of admission to the Residential module. 
  3. Start Time: This allows you to enter the start time of Admission.
  4. Site: This allows you to choose the site of Admission.
  5. Bed: Based on the set up of the Residential Module this section will allow you to view any available beds for admission that can be chosen. 
  6. Admit Reason: There are 2 sections for this. Admit reason 1 and 2, only admit 1 is required to be selected as the reason for Admission. 
  7. Payor: Finally this section allows you to choose the payor for the patient that is being admitted. 
*Note : If you select New patient a new tab will open taking you to the Quick Enrollment page.  Please see our Quick Enrollment section for this. 

Admission Success 



  1. Once admitted the patient card will look like the picture above in the system indicating the Room and Bed admitted to.
